We were very fortunate to find Yana to sell our house in the up and coming area of North Inglewood. She is the one who raised the real estate comps for this area by selling our newly built house. I met Yana for a showing I found on Zillow, she was immediately responsive and available to meet on a short notice. I explained to her that I'm in a rush to sign a move in as I had to travel that weekend. She showed me the apartment I loved it, the next day she helped me through the application process, the following day I signed and the day after I got the key, from the day I saw the apartment until I was able to move in was about 3 days, which is breaking every record I ever heard of, all thanks to Yana's professional approach and responsiveness. Since I moved she helped me sort out the apartment's functions, and made sure I have everything in good working condition, communicating with the landlord on my behalf and accompanying me while I settle in, I couldn't be more grateful to her for all her help, she made my dream come true. She was like our personal advisor and went out of her way to research homes that would fit our criteria and budget, prepared comparable market pricing analysis and gave us valuable advice to help us buy a home in an extremely competitive market.
